First you need to go to the thrasher mission were they dont let you in and then they tell you to find some pools. Once you have found 3 pools (out of 7) you unlock the thrasher challenges. To get the next thrasher challenge you have to beat the one you already have.
The Last challenge is do a 540 into the dam, after you beat this you get the achievement and also get to choose a sponsor.
