How to unlock the Employee #2 achievement in Skate 3 - Definitive Guide

You will gain the option of adding your 1st career teammate once you have completed 15,000 board sales.

You can choose from a preset character or a custom built skater.

**Before you can unlock your first Teammate, you must 'Start your Team' by unlocking the "Employee #1" achievement. To do that you must finish the "Getting Started" challenges which include:

- Shingo's Turn
- DIY Skate Park
- This Is How We Do It
- PCU Tour
- Get Your Trick On
- Movin' On Up


....only after completing these challenges will you be able to unlock the achievement, "Employee #1" and then on to the "Employee #2", etc. **

I think you're confusing this achievement with 'Employee #1'. That is the one where you get your first team mate/new Filmer, getting rid of 'loudmouth' Reda.

I don't understand how I unlocked 1,000,000 board sales but didn't get this achievement.

Mine unlocked this achievement before the "employee #1" achievement. I loaded up the game and this unlocked. I havnt played the main storyline yet, only the DLC. Maybe there's a glitch in there somewhere...

You get this after you have completed 15,000 board sales by completing various challenges.

Once you sell 15,000 boards, you will unlock you first career teammate and this trophy.
