[UPDATE DECEMBER 21, 2019] Well, servers are back up again? EA really can't make up their minds. Feel free to try sending me a request still and see if it works. I probably won't be able to accept the request and my friends list might be full, but feel free to give it a shot. Looks like there are a couple people in the comments (shoutout to Menyaxyx, DJRAW99 and Rulky (no longer able to help) who are willing to help out too.)

If a friend of yours has a created team logo on their character, you can import their character and the achievement should pop. (On the pause menu, go to Edit Skater -> Import Skater.) I happen to have one on my skater that I made back in 2011. If anyone is needing to get this, and doesn't have any friends that fulfill these requirements, try sending Locoman99 a friend request (IT HAS TO BE ON THE 360!) and message me saying that you are doing it for the Sellout! achievement, and you should be able to download my skater without me adding you. PLEASE delete the friend request once you complete the achievement. My friend list hits the limit of 100 very quickly if you do not.

[TROUBLESHOOTING]
- A comment below mentioned "Thank you, for those that are not getting it to pop, once I had imported Loco's skater I went back to the pause menu, hit edit skaters, then edit skater and it popped" so if you are having trouble try that!
- Another comment says, "For those who doesn't have him on import list, restart the game and it will be refreshed."

[UPDATE AUGUST 2, 2019] Looks as though servers are back down and this has gotten the dreaded unobtainable badge. Not sure if they'll come back up at any point to remedy this, but it's been a good run. Crazy to think that I've been able to get a couple hundred of you guys this achievement! Cheers. -Locoman99

[UPDATE JUNE 6, 2018] Wow, looks like the servers are back up for this, so I'm getting ready for a surge of people asking me to help with this, so forgive me if it takes time to get to you! I will do my best to go on 360 and accept requests, some people are able to get it to work without me accepting the request, but others aren't. Best of luck with your completion, and if it isn't working for you, I'm sorry! Make sure you're adding me as a friend on the 360!

if you know someone who already has a skater with a custom made graphics add them as a friend, then pause the game edit skaters and import their skater, you will then recieve this achievement :).

Hey guys looks like the Skate 3 Servers are back up as of November 2019! If you’re still looking to do the “Sellout!” Achievement add me “Rulky” on the Xbox 360 and I will be able to help! Send me a message to let me know you’re trying to do the “Sellout!” Achievement. Hope this helps!

I’m sorry to inform everyone who still needed this achievement. I will no longer be able to help you with this achievement as I no longer have access to a Xbox 360.

All you need to do for this achievement is to add somebody with a character whos got a created logo. It took me months to get it so go ahead and add me and ill hook you up. Friend requests have to take place through the 360 menu. After that you can go into Edit Skaters and import my character. If it doesnt pop click edit skater over the imported character and it should work. Then please remove me as a friend when finished.

If you import my skater with a red hoodie and invisible legs then go into edit skater, you will get the achievement.
