This is a very easy challenge.
If you want to own it, then simply ollie each of the five sets of stairs.
If you want to kill it, do a unique trick over each of the five sets (i.e. kickflip, heelflip, ollie, nollie, shove-it).
NOTE: If you mess up, jump off your board before you bail and head back up to the top. Doing this will prevent you from failing and having to manually restart the challenge.

Own It -
- Gap the Stair Set
Two pushes form your spawn and ollie all 5 of the stair sets. Don't do massive ollies as you may land to far and not ollie one of the sets - BUT - if you do, you can actually just get off your board, turn around and head back up, line yourself up and ollie it from its level.
Kill It -
- Unique Trick over each Stair Set
Just like above but do a different trick on each stair set. If you repeat any of the tricks it wont count.
