Something N33dleInTheHay doesn't mention in his guide but is VERY important when going for this achievement is you have to have all six people going for the achievement playing on the same version of the game (disc or digital). If you team has people who are using both the disc and the digital version, not all of you will be able to get into the same lobby.
Apparently, there's a patch in the disc version that wasn't released to the digital, so there is a compatibility issue. You will only be able to match up with people who are using the same version of the game.

To get this, send a team invite to six of your friends. Once they are all on your team, then start a freeskate session, and have them all join the freeskate session. The achievement should then unlock.

If you want to do this, try by creating a session, and putting that this is the achievement that you need to get. Or, you could just go on a competitive game, and ask if the other player would be interested in getting the achievement and joining your team. I could see how it would be hard to get everyone playing at the same time to do this.

EA have done a nice thing just in time for The Game Awards and have turned the skate.Feed servers back on meaning this and a few other achievements are obtainable again. Also, with the game being backwards compatible, every Xbox One/Series user counts as using the On Demand version of the game since the console doesn't install from the Disc of 360 games, meaning most of the player base can now join each other with no problems due to not having the disc patch (which also might have just been added as a free DLC for digital users to redeem now anyway, iirc it was the Skate Share pack that caused incompatibility but I am trying to think back 9 years).
Load up the game and open the pause menu and go to the Xbox Live tab. Scroll to skate.Profile and open it up. Once it loads you can alter your online profile and create and manage teams.
Either create a team or keep an eye out for one of the many Gaming Sessions that should pop up now that this game is completeable again. It shouldn't be too hard to get 5 other players either through here or Xbox's Looking For Group feature.
Once your 6 are ready, someone needs to launch a Team session by pressing Start > Online Challenge Map > Team Freeskate & pressing Host once the it times out finding an active one. Everyone else in the team can then do the same to join it. If you keep getting the error that keeps kicking someone as they load in, get them to restart the game or sign out & back in to EA Nation and it should go through eventually. The team server seems to be only running on a small amount of hosts, if not just a single host that someone at Black Box/Frostbyte has decided to run in secret until EA higher ups get wind & order it shut down again.

By far the most annoying trophy to get in this game, especially now when it's old and there are far less players playing it online now. You better hurry up too because the servers will probably get shut down in a few years since they recently shut down Skate 2's servers.
What you need to do is to make a team, or join a team. The team must consist of minimum 6 players in order to get the trophy.
Tips on getting teammates is obviously first ask all your friends irl if they can help you get it or if they want to get it too if they don't have it already. This helps tremendously, I had 2 friends who wanted to do it so we only had to find 3 more.
You can also look on the Skate 3 forums and see there if people wants to do it but note, there is far less people on there now too since the game is old so my biggest recommendation after asking irl friends is go to Super Ultra Mega Park freeskate, hook up your keyboard to the PS3 and ask everyone you see if they want to get the trophy. This is extremely annoying but if you do it like this you can get it in just a few hours. (I've gotten it twice, it took 4 hours the first time and 2 hours the second time.) Beware of children. It has happened to me multiple times that when we finally got 6 players and we invited everyone that some logged off, some switched games and didn't want to change back and some have NO patience at all and leave if they don't get the trophy within a minute.
So lastly, when you've finally got your 6 man team you want to go to Online Challenge Map, go to Freeskate and choose your location and then pick team freeskate. As fast as you're in, invite all your team players via the contacts in the menu.

You must either have or be on a Skate Team and be in a freeskate with 6 people that are on your Skate team. To create such a lobby you must first have 6 people on your team. Then go to Career > Xbox LIVE and choose the Online Challenge Map. Under the Team tab it says Join Team Lobby, choosing this will create a team lobby. Once in, invite all your friends to the game and once 6 people are in the game the achievement will unlock.
