Skate City

Select Skate from the Main Menu and Los Angeles. Complete the numbered items under Challenges. You don't have to get 3 stars on all challenges to unlock this. Just get one star to complete the challenge and move onto the next one. Once you have at least one star on all 21 challenges, the achievement will unlock.
