same issue here (brown dot). I restart the game and it worked

I wanted to add to this for anyone else who is still stuck on this achievement. I also got the brown dot instead of orange or blue. But restarting the game didn't do anything for me.

What I had to do was replay the mission The Heist a second time. The bird who gave me The Heist mission was near the weird squiggly table thing in the area with ramp with the ramp of purple wires. I had already been to the server room and done all the objectives in there (no dots on that map, server room was on fire). But it still made me get the cassette tape and skate through the spots up through the air duct.

All that to say, if you still get the brown dot after restarting the game, try looking for that mission and do it over. If that bird doesn't give you a mission, try skating around and approaching the other birds and see if you "missed" a mission.

Thanks so much. I guess since there's a level transition at the end of the quest, you can progress to the next level without the game realizing that you finished the previous quest.
