Their may be a better way out there but thought id tell you what helped me to get this achievement.
On the map "The Ashes of Sker Hotel" Dark rounds appear every 5 or so rounds, in these rounds a black mist covers the map causing limited vision, these round have less enemies then normal and The only enemy found during this round is an electric enemy that shocks you from afar and glow allowing to be seen during these rounds. Sometimes Isaac the boss of this level may appear on these rounds.
The method I use was stand at the top of the big staircase in the "Ground floor Great Hall" near the spawn to the left/right of the banisters as it blocks the shock attacks from hitting you. Shoot the enemies over the banister of the staircase and if any enemy gets too close or you need to reload pop you head out onto the open par of the stairs for a brief second, this will cause all enemies to charge up a shock attack as they have line of sight, then step back behind the banister to block the blast from hitting you, the attacks can easily be exploited by stepping out and back into cover to keep them from getting close.
Hope it helps and its all trial and error but you should be able to get it, I got this on round 45 so I had a few more enemies using the Howler at Tier 5 so this would be able to one shot any enemy coming to me, acquired from following the first few steps of the maps story, other then that good luck and happy hunting.

Much easier method (might look hairy with abomination on screen but easily killed him other Elite and all the regular dudes on 1ST try with this spot. You can spawn kill everything but abomination; if you get one you just got to shoot and back up then shoot some more.
