Skul: The Hero Slayer

For me, I had 5 fairy tale items and got to summon the fairy king. On occasion he will spawn a map wide attack made up of several small circles that does significant damage on all of the areas that the attack covers. This happened within 10 seconds of the fight starting for me and immediately killed the chimera, netting the achievement.
