Skul: The Hero Slayer

The opportunity to get The Dwarven Chandelier achievement comes up over the course of completing the Castle Restoration Plans achievement. Once the Death Knight becomes a castle vendor, you can give him Dark Quartz to repair the building.
The chandeliers show up after ordering the second restoration round so you will need 6,500 Dark Quartz total: 1,500 for the first round and 5,000 for the second. Restorations go into effect after you die and return to the castle or, per DubstepEdgelord, pause and restart the game. Jump to the railing behind the vendors and then to a chandelier. The achievement unlocks after you have stood on one.
