When you get to the Black Market (you'll automatically go there every few stages), simply hang out there for a minute to unlock the achievement.

@allmightykobra Dying shouldn't have any effect on the Black Market showing up or not

Here's a video on how to do the achievement, but if you want a written walkthrough:
1. Play through the missions until you find the door to the black market, then enter.
*Note: It will be the door with letters/symbols written on the top and side of the door*
2. Enter the door and sit there for 1 minute, unlocking the achievement.
This will also unlock you the "What Should I Buy?" Sit there for another 4 minutes to unlock the "Brain at Full Throttle" achievement. However, if you're lucky, you can also get the "Too Much of a Talker Achievement" (Guide below!)
