The East Indies pack the largest amount of military bases in Skull and Bones, and players will find Fort Duister, Fort Granbie, Fort Harimau, Fort Prakoso, Fort Premie, and Megafort Oosten. It is also the location of the Telok Penjarah Pirate Den, and two factions, 11 outposts, and eight settlements.
Factions:
Dominion of Rempah: control over the northern side.
Dutch Merchant Compagnie: foreign military presence with control over the south side.
Outposts:
Bukit Candi
Karst Lookout
Kelelawar Chamber
Khmoy Estate
Lost City of Prei
Parujar’s Cry
Rangnok Cave
Ruined Lighthouse
Ruins of Luk Khun
The Forgotten Candi
The Necropolis
Settlements:
Damai
Granbie
Kampung Subur
Kencur
Krota Lama
Laar
Lada
Sangdad
I will leave the 2 areas that are easily missed
Panyar Jungle
Cendono Strait
(This was my last one, and the one I wasted a lot of time on.)

For me it was the Panyar jungle that didn't count until I'd visited the western part that stretchs into out of bounds. My second to last was somehow the Muson Strait, because I'd only sailed just north and just south of it, even though it fully uncovers that area when you do so.

I had to revisit the Patamyar Mountains Zone for the achievement to unlock. I had already found the Suny Foundry there, but the game didn't recognize that I had been there the first time.
The only thing I can think of is that I might have used the spy glass to find this site without traveling into this region. My suggestion would be to interact with each settlement if you have the map unlocked but don't have the achievement.

this achievement is buggy so:
1°) check with this map to get all locations: https://gamingwithdaopa.ellatha.com/skullandbones/map/
2°) go on the left of "Panyar Jungle" to unlock the achievement

This trophy isn’t too difficult to unlock. It’s a good idea to go for a nice long sail early on in Skull and Bones. That way, you defog lots of the map and unlock a number of fast-travel spots to make zipping about all the easier. (Check out our guide on How to increase your ship speed in Skull and Bones to make this process a bit quicker and more fun.)
In terms of the East Indies specifically, there are 28 locations in the East Indies that you need to check off, and you can do this by opening the map () and hovering over the East Indies part. You will see sketched outlines of each zone as you hover over them.

You must not be in combat or under suspicion, a message about visiting the region must appear
If the trophy is stuck at 27/28, there are 2 places in the very top corner of the map that may be bugged and need to be visited again.

With the arrival of season 2, the trophy does not drop.
The official Yubi site has known about this since March. We are waiting for a patch. Most likely with the release of the new season.

6.08.24 update was released. If you have already opened everything, then the trophy will drop as soon as you enter the game.
