For this achievement you need to become a Kingpin and follow the new quest lines given to you by Yanita. She’ll give you access to a territory board and a PvPvE takeover mission set. You’ll be able to go up against players while taking over plunder sites to use for your own manufacturing needs. It’s basically a 5 minute king of the hill in a plunder area.

Thanks Vudix, I wasn't sure what Manufactory is, yesterday I reached Kingpin rank and got the follow-up quest, so will try it today!

This trophy is best unlocked in the endgame for Skull and Bones, so once you’ve reached the Kingpin 1 Infamy rank (see But You Have Heard Of Me. 
). When you have done that, there are a couple of ways that you can capture a Manufactory. One, you can take part in and complete a Legendary Heist; these pop up every half hour, and they are PvE events that have you destroying the target ship in a convoy and delivering its loot to a destintion.
Two, you can complete a Hostile Takeover. These are PvP endgame events, and they pop up along with the Legendary Heists. You have to stay inside a target area while battling AI ships and other players – sort of King of the Hill. These are slightly trickier, as they are PvP, and other players may well whoop you – and only the winner of the Hostile Takeover actually takes over the Manufactory. That being said, you could take part in a Hostile Takeover and find that no one other players join. In which case, after doing bugger all for a few minutes, you win!
In either case, you have captured the Manufactory, this trophy will unlock.
