This achievement is rather easy. All you need to do is team up with two other players. Weather this be your friends or randoms. To team up with friends or randoms you can interact with them to bring up a menu and send them a group invite.

This achievement is easy to unlock. You need to find another player in your game world – easily done, as they are the NPCs that have the Gamertags above their heads. Then you will see onscreen an icon that says “invite to group.” Press 
and you will send an invite; if they accept then you’re good to go. Now you need to invite a second person, and this achievement will unlock.
