Very straight forward just trade any items with 3 DIFFERENT people.
On land just walk up to another player and hold Y to interact, scroll down the send trade request and press A. The other player will either decline the request or accept. Once in the menu trade anything it doesn't matter.
Some things to note however. It cannot be the same player it has to be 3 different players. You can only trade with random players on land, on sea you can only trade with players if they are in your group. If the player is talking to an NPC it will say they are busy and unable to trade, so you'll have to catch them when not doing anything.
Also you can't trade with players on a free trial, they have to be playing the full game.

and the "Home of Confederation of Ungwana" achievement is still unobtainable for me

In order to trade with another player, you need to walk up to another player on land. Other human players are clearly identifiable by the Gamertags above their heads. When you are near to one of these players, follow the onscreen prompt and hold 
to interact with them. You will have a number of options here, and you want to scroll down and send a request to that player. If they accept, then you will be able to trade with them. Do this with three different players, and this trophy will unlock.
