Self explanatory, in total you must harvest 10,000 pieces of Jute.
I suggest to fully upgrade Sickle to level V so you harvest more pieces.
If you harvested all pieces nearby, simply quit the game to Main menu, and log back in, your ship should be at the same spot and new Jute bushes should spawn.
(Time consuming, but didn't find any faster/better way to do it)
I found a good place to do this near Sainte-Anne on a small island, there you will find 3-4 bushes.
I suggest to fully upgrade Sickle to level V so you harvest more pieces.

Not 100% sure but I think logging in and out of the Ubisoft worlds has bugged my tracking % on the achievements, before I done this everything tracked perfect but now this nor my sailing has risen for multiple hours, posting this incase it happens to anyone else could possibly be going up in background or it isn’t at all.

Qutiting to menu doesn't do much now since you're likely to just get put in the same game due to how few people play. I just did a loop around the islands and shoreline north of Sainte Anne, which has about 12 nodes total. Each loop 5-6 would be active, even without leaving the game. They respawn pretty quickly. With sickle V you are getting over 1% progress every 3 bushes.

If you want to grind quickly, use Padewakang or Brigantine for theyr speed and angle movement.
I suggest to made the furniture "Tool Smithy I" you need to be Buccaneer I for buying the recipe, by hitting the bonus zones, you can increase the loot from harvesting by 1 (green or purple zone).
The Sickle must be lvl 5 and you need to be Corsair I.
Now the farm is easy as you can see below in the photo going in circle trought those small isle will provides you with a total of 10 spots, each gives you 3 attempt and with sickle lvl 5 so (purple bonus) and +1 from the furniture you can gather 14 pieces each so 42, multiple 10x and you got a wopping 420 in just 4m. I didn't server hop cause the cicle gives me back 3 to 6 bushes and it happens many times that i just reenter the same server. From 0 to 10000 in 2 to 3 hours with this method based on your skill in the minigame more or less. If you put yourself like in the second photo(link) you can harvest all 4 bushes in sequence.

Basically, U need harvest 10000 piecces of june.
I suggest using performance mode and not quality mode. In quality mode there is a bit of delay and it is not that efficient for harvesting.
I suggest using 2 important upgrades
