This is for defeating the final boss on Stage 5 without using any special abilities.
I highly recommend maxing out the first skill tree so you can regenerate health. This makes the battle a cakewalk if you can exhibit some patience. I found the dash attack (LB) and a few light attacks to be effective. Try to attack in short bursts or else Gaw will stun you.
After the battle, the achievement will pop. I also recommend making save beforehand because if the achievement does not unlock you can reload the save and try again.
