I found the easiest way to do this is against the boss at the end of the second stage (Jungle Wetland)
He will throw rocks at you the whole time, if you face him and hug your left side wall, his rocks will hit the wall in front of you and he cannot hit you, but if you line it up right you can throw rocks and hit him. He will stay in the same spot until about 50% health, then he will move and while he’s moving you can line up against the wall directly behind you and do the same exact thing until he is dead.
