How to unlock the Outfoxing Death achievement in Skulls of the Shogun - Definitive Guide

If you forgot doing this in the campaign or just want the easiest possible way to do it, fire up online or local multiplayer with these settings:

Team Deathmatch
Teams: 2
Time: Unlimited
Rice: 1000
Map: Steps of Sorrow (Blitz)

- Each team will start with 5+ soldiers. Send them off to capture the Wolf shrine, rice pads and the summoning shrine.
- Meet up in the middle and have each player kill off four of the other players soldiers without losing any of their own.
- Have each player's Fox go in and eat three enemy skulls.
- Resurrect the last friendly skull on the battleground for the achievement.

The specifics depend on what you do and if you screw up and lose too many soldiers, just summon more from the shrine (that's where the 1000 rice comes in). Very easy achievement to set up for two players, even easier if you're alone and doing it with two controllers in local multiplayer. Just summon the Fox, level him up with three skulls and resurrect one of your own.

You can unlock this on any level with a Fox Shrine, in any game mode. The easiest method is to create a local game with two players on the Chaos Canyon map, with unlimited time and 100 rice. Note which color is your primary profile and with one of its units haunt the Fox Shrine which is at the top center of the map. This will spawn a Fox Monk on the following turn. Kill three of your secondary profile's units and have the Fox Monk eat their skulls so that he becomes a Demon Fox Monk. On your secondary profile's turn, kill one of your primary profile's units, and then end your turn. Select the Demon Fox and move within range of the skull left behind by your deceased unit, choose Spell, and select Revive which will be the spell all the way to the right. Confirm the spell and the unit will revive and the achievement will unlock.

This can easily be done in the same session as "Were You Using That?"
