As the description says, you need to complete any HOP in under 60 seconds. Because you're (presumably) playing on Casual difficulty, you have the ability to mash
during all HOPs to find objects without any penalty. As a result, there is a pretty good chance you will unlock this naturally while using that method.
However, if you'd like to guarantee this achievement, you can actually use the exact same exploit described in Impeccable (50G) - find all objects but don't click on the last one, force close the game app, relaunch it, and now that you know where all of the objects are, you should be able to quickly click them all in under 60 seconds.
