To get this, you will need to totally destroy all the columns in the second trial.
It doesn't matter which trial you pick, as the level is the same, just the enemies and their sizes are different.
In the room you teleport into, there will be a ring of columns. You must not only knock each one of them over, but destroy all their debris as well. Once you destroy the last piece, the achievement will pop.

During the second trial, you'll enter a large arena with a half circle of six stone columns. Attack each of these to knock them down, and destroy their debris. Once you've destroyed them all, the achievement is yours.
GunBallad
Simply destroy all of the columns in the second trial either by smashing them with a giant or knocking them over with your regular attacks. The trophy will unlock once all columns have been destroyed.
