During the early part of the chapter, you'll jump into your ship's turret.
Initially, you'll be tasked to destroy 3 mines. After completing that, you'll need to take out some enemy ships. Mines will float across the screen during the fight. Shoot seven more and the achivement will be yours.
If you immediately blast every mine you see, this should unlock during the assignment to eliminate 3 cannon ships.

While defending the Dread-Yacht from attackers, you'll jump into the ship's turret. While in the turret, you'll be given various tasks to complete, one of them being "Clear the Mines." After completing that objective, just shoot down seven more. Basically, shoot everything that comes on screen, and you'll easily get this.
GunBallad
You should get this one naturally during the Chapter, simply shoot down 10 mines with the ships gun and presto. The trophy will unlock after you shot down your 10th mine.
