I found an easy spot to accomplish this after you complete the Bloodlands. Go left to the Highlands and proceed until you get to the second checkpoint. The video below starts from the second checkpoint. Die here and then kill the flying enemy. Make sure your sword is ignited with flame or else it won't do enough damage and then jump left over the gap to re-spawn the large monster and several witches.

Perfectly block any attacks you can but do not perform a critical counter attack until you have enough enemies stacked in front of you. That is the spot that I obtained the cheevo but I obtained it a tick differently. You spawn on the right side of the gap. The flying creature can be a nuisance so I jump up to redirect it. I jump to the left side of the gap to kill it easier, but enemies respawn on that side. I jumped back to the right side and then used Mana Blast (down on crosspad and RB) and that blast destroyed all the minions, netting me the cheevo.

The sword didn't work for me but the Mana Blast did.
