You will want to take Donu out quickly because every two turns he will use "Circle of Power", increasing the Strength of both enemies. Otherwise, this fight is not too bad as long as you can consistently block/heal around 30 a turn. If you do very high damage, you could try to take out Deca first, as his attack shuffles Dazes into your deck, which can make some strategies harder to pull off.
Both have the same health total - 250 (or 265 on Ascension 9+).
