This may seem like a bit of a grind, but you will get this naturally. Assuming you do not go back to replay levels, the earliest you should get this is Slayaway Camp 6: Scene 1 (Lights Out), though if you did not go out of your way to kill cops that weren’t required, you will get it later than this.
Corrupt
You will come across loads of dumb cops during your playthrough. You don’t have to kill them to finish the levels, but will have to kill most of them, so killing 30 should come naturally.
