You will get this trophy in Slayaway Camp 2.5: Scene 8 (Pantry Panic) as killing someone with a fridge is necessary to clear this level. As a note, while you will be performing similar kills with bookcases as early as Slayaway Camp 2, you will specifically need to use a fridge for this.
