For this achievement, you need to break all of the toilets and porta potty in the game.

E0M1 : 5 toilets + 2 portas potty
2T : in Sloppo's restrooms.
3T : in the two apartments. (1 in each bathroom)
2P : next to the junkyard office, after passing the tire stacks.

E0M2 : 3 toilets
2T : in secret areas.
the first one is on the front wall right after you leave the elevator (you need to explode it)
the second one is on the bottom of the brown platform in the first central area where you fight the first poop enemies ( a wall you need to explode too)
1 in the normal restroom where you find three type of restroom.

E0M3 : 4 toilets + 1 portas potty
2T : in the Dollar$haver restroom.
2T : in the Fun Zone restroom.
1P : Behind the Fun Zone, in the alleyway next to the bar with the four psykos behind the counter

E0M4 : 7 toilets
3T : in house's bathrooms (1 in each)
1T : in the basement's ''kitchen''.
3T : in the restroom of the secret base.

E0M6 : 1 toilet
1T : in one of the trailer in the second trailer park.
(don't get fooled, there's one that is already broken in the trailer with the spooky mirror)

E0M7: 13 portas potty
10P : are lined up near the stage to the back right from Spawn.
2P : are to the right of the building at the end of the hillside path, next to a set of green dumpsters.
1P : last one is to the left of the building mentioned above, tucked behind the corner near the Big Potato Barn.

E0M9 : 1 toilet
1T : in the secret zone of the last level.
it is located behind you at the start of the level (behind Zane's car)
there is a red truck that go back and forth and is carrying the last toilet of the game.

Those that are in secret levels are not needed for the achievement.

I'm fairly certain the porta-potties count. I did multiple runs grabbing all the normal toilets listed, with no luck. The follow-up run WITH all the porta-potties gave me the achievement.

I'll go ahead and list where I remember all the porta-potties for each level. There may be more, but these are the ones I remember.

E0M1: 2 portas
-Shortly after entering the junkyard, they are next to the junkyard office, after passing the tire stacks.

E0M3: 2 portas
-Behind the far wall of the Fun Zone. They should be next to an alleyway bar with 4 purple psykos behind the counter.

E0M7: 13 portas
-10 are lined up near the stage to the back right from Spawn.
-2 are to the right of the building at the end of the hillside path, next to a set of green dumpsters.
-1 last one is to the left of the building mentioned above, tucked behind the corner near the Big Potato Barn.

Got em all except the potato house blew up so I’m assuming it didn’t count the porta potty from that building 🙄 time for a run thru for 1 potty

Also, I believe the bonus Uncle Gopher's House level also has a toilet in it (inside the house's bathroom). Not sure if it counts towards the achievement, but I made it a point to do the level at the start of my runs, just in case.

The Boise Downtown bonus level also has 2 porta-potties near the Capitol building.

To make it more confusing, mine popped and I didn't do the bonus missions... Better safe than sorry I suppose, I would suggest doing the bonus missions anyway :)

I completed the first level at launch and then I stopped playing because I was busy studying, so unfortunately I couldn't contribute to the toilet search. Oh well, at least I can confirm that the bonus levels' collectibles are not needed for the achievement.

As for what happened with COSM1C JOKER, maybe the achievement just requires to find 17 unique porta-potties plus 21 unique toilets (The number of collectibles found in throughout the 9 episodes), making the collectibles from the bonus levels an extra. Maybe JOKER missed some collectibles while playing the main game and the ones from the secret levels compensated for the missing ones.

Yes, but the game had those 2 buildings destroyed by something when I was porta potty hunting. 2nd play through hit all toilets and portas and no achievement 😔

Deleted all my saves. Went through new save. Got it at the start of last mission after the final toilet. Secret levels were not required.

I got it after destroying the final toilet on Map 9. I didn't had to destroy the toilets on the secret maps.

This seems to be bugged. Visually confirmed that I destroyed all of them, but just not unlocking. Probably need to clear saves, but don't feel like going through this gem of a game for a 3rd time

I unlocked this achievement destroying the toilet in E0M9, so I can confirm you don't need to destroy the toilets in the secret levels.

There is a toilet in the Mikey Sykey bonus level. I found it after you get to the top of the cylindrical area you climb with the clown enemies at the top, then drop down into the 'maze'. Not sure if it is required since I still dont have the achievement.

On my second run now (after a save clear and on easy), and I had TWO toilets in E0M6 - the spooky toilet was NOT broken for me. I broke the spooky toilet and then the other toilet in the trailer just across the way from it.

I got the achievement once i collected the toilet in mission 9 as well.

I can confirm what Slugger Maxman says. Didn't do any secret levels. It popped as soon as I destroyed the one on level 9.

Took me 2 playthroughs as I loaded a save. BUT I was able to fly through levels with the Talisman flight and the gatling cannon superjump. So they need to be done in 1 run through but easy mode makes it a breeze.

This guide needs to be updated.
EM06 Cottonwood Mobile Home Park contains two breakable toilets, not one.
Both located at the second trailer park section and across from each other.
There is a third one that’s already broken, but it’s part of the level.

It must destroyed before you pick you the purple key. If you do not, the game triggers a series of explosions which causes one of the toilets to break and thus voiding your achievement.
This is probably why so many are having trouble with this achievement.
I highly suggest making a save at the beginning of the level in case something glitches out.

there are 37 toilets and porta-potties in the game and a lot of people say you need to break all of them and not let enemies do it before the level change breaks them because it will glitch it out

Yes hello, I wanted to give an update and say I managed to get the no pooping allowed achievement so I did a Speed Run for the game-breaking every single toilet so what I did is I deleted my old save data off my console to make sure that I get it so after a few hours I finally managed to do it all in one sitting.

I guess this game is a bit buggy when you're doing the achievement off and on unless you do it in one sitting I'm not really sure why though

maybe just when it comes to certain achievements I did notice enemies kind of get glitchy like getting stuck in walls or they have a hard time following the player.

so now I only have one final achievement to do for this game INZANE!! difficulty that's going to be difficult.

There is some truth to shooting the piles after you destroy the porta potties. I did that the last time when I got the achievement. I tried three times before and got nothing. Final time doing that and ensuring I did worked.

I think another problem is, if you die and load a manual save it doesn't unlock...In my 5th try I never made a save, died once, continued with the autosave and got it now finally!!!

I can confirm that it unlocked for me on Xbox One after multiple deaths. I made one save and got back to it at a later time with no issues. Doesn't need to be in one sitting.

Managed to unlock. Word of advice, don't go near the toilets when destroying them. Ai can destroy them and mess it up. I also had to clear my save data on both the cloud and system

In E0M6 there appears to be two toilets, both on trailers by the haunted house. One is a standard one in the trailer, the other one shows an apparition as soon as you approach it.
Also, had to start a fresh save data to get this achievement. On my saved game, I had hit every toilet in the game, including secret levels, without luck. On my fresh save I popped it after the secret toilet in the final level.

Had some trouble with this one, but I just got it on my 3rd play-through. I definitely thought I would have got it on my 2nd run on my "Inzane!!" achievement run but it didn't. Like others have suggested, I got all the ones in the 3 bonus levels in the 1st level( 1 in Gopher's house map, 2 portas by the Capitol building in Boise map, and 1 behind a breakable wall in Mikey's Head map (though it probably doesn't count because its a secret)).

I then made sure to get the 2 breakable toilets in EM06 user TheGame004 mentioned. Those are the one in the trailer with the Bingo table on the wall and the trick toilet where the lights turn off and an apparition of Zane(?) appears on top of it.

Also, the porta-pottys leave behind a pile of poo once you destroy them (hard to see because the panels are left behind), I don't know if destroying them is also a prerequisite but I definitely made sure to destroy them just in case.

If the achievement does not unlock after you destroyed the last toilet, you have to beat the entire game again. Using Level select did not work for me.

I've destroyed every 37 toilets 3 times now and still no achiev, what's the problem with that shit...did it in one go with the piles too, deleted my save and started a new game and did the bonus levels! Very disappointing game
