Here is a list of 10 foods, and where you can get them.

- Pork bun
Very common. One place to get is in the night market.

- Ice Cream
Very common. One place to get is in the night market.

- Noodle Bowl
Very common. One place to get is in the night market.

- Dragon Kick
Common. One place to get is in the night market.

- Roast Duck
Common. One place to get is in the night market.

- Fish Dumpling Skewer
Common. One place to get is in the night market.

- Chicken on a Stick
Common. One place to get is in the night market.

- Herbal Tea
Found in a Apothecary Store.

- Curry Fish Balls
Not that common. Can be found next to the undercover HQ in North Point. Or next to the Massage Parlor in Aberdeen

- Spicy Squid
Not that common. Can be found next to the Massage Parlor in Aberdeen

EDIT:
I have only seen Spicy Squid, and Curry Fish Balls at daytime.

you can get waffle eggs along from where the spicy squid would be left as you come out the massage parlor keep going down the road i seen it at day time

Another Waffle Eggs location, right next to the Parking Garage in the very northeast corned of the North Point district. Take a cab to the garage and you'll see it when the cab pulls up.

Thats funny....I ran to get the Spicy Squid, and Curry Fish Balls, made a stop to get tea, ran around the Night Market for all the food and the cheevo popped without needing the Waffle Eggs..... anyways +1 for the Spicy Squid, and Curry Fish Balls location

It's likely that you will need the spicy squid and curry fish balls as the rest of the food items are common. Both of these are found right next to each other in Aberdeen. Make your way to the massage parlour and you will find two vendors to the left. On the map they are in the middle of the dark grey rectangle area

I create in 2012 a video on xbox 360 with 10 foods or drinks location in the game. There are a lot of more locations where you can do find foods and drinks.

00:06 - Herbal Tea
00:17 - Dragon Kick
00:31 - Noodle Soup
00:38 - Fish on a stick
00:48 - Ice cream
00:57 - Hot Dog
01:13 - Roast Duck
01:33 - Chicken
01:47 - Curry Fish Balls

There are videos on how to find 10 different food or drink items in the game. I've posted one below. You can go to stands or vending machines to purchase food or drinks with your currency, HK. You can find a majority of the food items you need in the Night Market. A few more are in other locations. There's one energy drink that also counts for the achievement and is found at a vending machine at various locations.

I got this trophy by eating 8 different foods and slamming 2 different beverages.

Food:
1. Pork Bun (There is a stand in the Night Market)
2. Noodle Bowl (There is a stand in the Night Market)
3. Fish Dumpling Skewer (There is a stand in the Night Market)
4. Ice Cream (There is a stand in the Night Market)
5. Curry Fish Balls (Near the Fish Market in Aberdeen and a short walk from Squid))
6. Spicy Squid (Near the Fish Market in Aberdeen and a short walk from Curry)
*Please note that the two foods in Aberdeen only appear during daytime*
7. Roast Duck (There is a stand in the Night Market)
8. Chicken on a Stick (There is a stand in the Night Market)

Drinks:
9. Herbal Tea (There is a stand right outside your apartment in North Point)
10. Dragon Kick (There are vending machines and dancing girls in the Night Market)

After you have consumed all 10 of these items the trophy will pop! (It does not have to be in one sitting either)

The video does not include Herbal tea, which can be purchased at the pharmacy.

It’s good to drink and eat in the game, it gives bonuses, I got it myself without using the video, so if you constantly support “Increased Damage” and “Health Regeneration”, it will most likely open.
