If you follow this image you will get this achievement with ease. You can get this achievement right after you complete the first mission of the Nightmare in North Point expansion.

NOTE: If you have already completed the story then the money shrines will show up on your map if you press . When you see the money shrines on the map the greyed out ones are the money shrines you have not collected and the ones that are lit up in white are the ones you have collected.

EDIT: If the collectibles have not shown up on your map after completing the story then you will want to go to the XB1 home and press while the cursor is over Sleeping Dogs and then press "Quit" in the menu that shows up. Once you have done this, enter the game again. The collectibles should appear on the in-game map. Credit for the solution to this issue goes to Wookiee Hairem.

This achievement is for finding all 10 Hell Money Shrines scattered around North Point, they are available immediately upon completing the introductory mission of the DLC.

Their locations "should" appear on your map if you finish the main campaign but it has been known to not reveal them for some people so here is a video guide showing a decent path around North Point to collect them.
