While this will come with regular gameplay, should you want to do this quickly, here are the six quickest to get. Most of these assume you have the drug busts open through the Popstar police case.

SNIPER
Have a 30% accuracy rate with your last 50 shots. Go to the Sun Yat Housing Complex in Kennedy Town, where the drug bust has 15 armed guards. Take cover and wait for a thug to come closer, then vault over his cover, aim immediately, and start firing bodyshots. Keep moving up cover, as the next wave of enemies comes from behind.

BONEBREAKER, NINJA, MARTIAL ARTIST
A combination of three here. After doing the Amanda mission, return two Jade Statues to Sifu Kwok. One is in Mrs. Chu's kitchen, another is on the temple altar. Take the bottom upgrades each time, and this will give you the Leg Break move. This counts as both one bone broken, and as the move ends with the enemy facing away from you, you can immediately follow up by mashing for the instant takedown. This is an incredibly valuable combo to learn as soon as possible. 5 ninja takedowns, 40 broken bones, and 50 overall melee kills.

DEFENCE
50 counters. Press when the enemy is highlighted.

PUBLIC ENEMY
100 enemies killed in one play session, meaning you don't fully shut the game off in-between. The other five are much easier, but if you have the time, this could happen even quicker.
