There's also a sword from the Lightning Warrior preset outfit. In the original game, this used to be part of the Screen Legends DLC. In the Definitive Edition there is no DLC--just preset outfits if you want to be completely accurate wrt the Rattan Stick.
If you see something glowing blue on the ground, it is a melee weapon. Pick it up and use it for a kill. Just a couple of hits does not get you credit. Civilians are less resilient, so they're good to get the umbrella, bag family, and briefcase kills.
As the solution clearly points out there are far more than ten types of weapons so this is very easy to get. If you're having difficulty, it is most likely that you are using the weapon without getting enough action to register. Go for the kills.
