Quite an unmissable achievement. As soon as there is the cutscene where Raymond order you to hand over Jackie, you'll have the option of call Jackie at the phone, that will activate the mission that will grant you this achievement.
After picking up J. and bringing him to the Dock, you'll have to follow him for a short time, then you'll have to find a way into the inner docks. There are many different way to do it, personally I climbed to the left, near the two guard but then I went to talk with all the other guard to rise the mafia points (always QTE with the same button Y to press), there's one more QTE in front of the door where you'll find the tool you are searching for. Pick the easy door and get the tool.
Meet back with Jackie, then you'll have to fight four thugs, that's your occasion to use that tool as a weapon (count for the achievement 10 different weapon), try to chain most combo for the Triad points.
The truck should be the fourth one, but I suggest you to open the first one first, more thug will spawn allowying you to rise your points.
A cutscene where Jackie got abducted in the truck, then you'll have to chase him with a motorbike. That's quite a hard chase if you are not used to the manouverability of that motorbike. Pay particular attention to which exits the truck get from the highroad. Once you reach it just Hack it and you're almost done. A little travel to a destination and a final cutscene, and the achievement is yours.

Of course someone would downvote an unmissable achievement. Even if you put nothing but Albert Einstein's life work into your achievement guide and you made absolutely no mention of how to get the achievement, all it takes is two words from you: "unmissable achievement" for people to upvote. If it's unmissable, then there's nothing to screw up with the achievement guide. Upvoting for you seraphim

This will unlock after completing the main story 'Dockyard Heist'

Story related, cannot be missed. Unlocks upon completing the story mission, “Dockyard Heist”.
- You will receive a call from Jackie, asking you to meet him at the Aberdeen docks.
- Fast talk your way past the guards, and retrieve the cutting tool from the shed.
- Head towards the trucks where Jackie is waiting. Defeat the 18k gang.
- Check each of the trucks one by one until a cutscene starts, where Jackie is "kidnapped" and the truck drives away.
- Catch up to the truck and perform an Action Hijack to stop it, then bring it to the warehouse.
