How to unlock the Bounty Hunter achievement in Sleeping Dogs - Definitive Guide

To unlock this achievement, "Bounty Hunter", you must complete all of Roland's jobs.

First off, you need to complete the mission that's called "Payback", then meet up with Uncle Po and Roland himself. Once that's done, Roland should be on your list of contacts on your cell phone.

You will need to do at least five Debt Collections for him, not including the one you did during the story. To do those missions, load up your contacts, on your cell phone, then call him and do what he asks. Once all five missions are completed, the achievement is yours for good!

After completing the "Payback" mission you will receive Roland in your contacts.

Access your phone> Contacts> Roland

He will give you jobs and you must complete all.

Once you get access to him on your phone (under Contacts). Just keep calling him and doing the missions he has for you (which are typically not very difficult) until you reach the missing with Wei saying that he's had enough and he's out. The Trophy will show up after completing that mission.

After completing the main story mission, "Payback", you will unlock Roland jobs. You will need to contact him via the cellphone, and he will in return give you a mission. There are a total of 5 Debt Collecting missions to complete.

After the story mission "Payback" and meeting Uncle Po & Roland Ho, you will be able to do missions for Roland Ho.

You will have to do 5 Debt Collection missions for Roland to get this achievement, not including the one you have to do during the main story. Call him on your cell phone to start the missions.

You will meet Roland Ho, a friend of Po's, during the the story mission "Payback". Once you have completed it, you can call Roland up at any time regarding any clients Roland might still need help collecting debts from. Collecting debts ranges from rooftop chases or car chases, to scaring a store owner by hiring nearby punks to do the dirty work for you.

There are a total of five jobs that you will need to complete:
 

  • Samson Gao
  • Norbert Yang
  • Terrence
  • Tommy Wu
  • Samson (sequel)

Simply complete all five of these jobs to unlock this trophy. By the end of all this, you'll come to learn that old men deeply in debt have the vitality of a young man in their 20's, capable of performing feats such as jumping over rooftops and hurdling like it's nothing.
