Slender: The Arrival

This achievement is done in the prologue. Charlie can be found inside a burnt house after crossing a short wooden bridge after the second generator. He will be standing at a random location somewhere inside. You must walk into him to disrupt him, this counts as 1 of 3 times. Immediately after disrupting him, exit to the main menu and repeat 2 more times. You will need to replay the prologue via chapter select or make progress towards this over the course of various playthroughs as you can only disrupt Charlie once during the prologue.

More than likely if you are here, you are having a problem that you can’t get Charlie to spawn in the burnt house. I had this problem and through a lot of trial and error I found out that in order for Charlie to spawn in the burnt house, you need to pick up a note that is on Kate’s desk in her room. Don't know if this was intended by the devs or is a glitch as this wasn't the case in older versions of the game.

Once you find the flashlight and the keys to Kate’s door, open it and make sure you pick up a note that is on the desk to the right of the room. Shortly after this you will hear a scream, which pertains to picking up this note. When you arrive at the burnt house, Charlie should be inside as per the older versions of the game.
