In the Prologue chapter, a radio can be found in Kate's laundry room, closest to the garage. Just toggle through the different songs until the achievement pops! There are only about three songs but they play in random order. You also don't need to listen to each one in full. Just click the radio after a few seconds of each song.
Noid
The radio is in the house in the first level, Prologue. If you're following along with the collectibles video for The Collector II, you will find the radio sitting right beside collectible #6. Simply press 
on the radio until you earn the trophy, you don't actually have to listen to anything on the radio.
