Slender: The Arrival

Slenderman uses his tentacles in the final level, The Arrival. He will appear during the forest fire section and will be out for blood. This trophy is best earned on Hardcore difficulty, as he is much more aggressive with his tentacles in this difficulty. Simply approach Slenderman when his tentacles are out and he will engulf you in them; just be sure not to get so close as to touch Slenderman's body, or it won't count as his tentacles killing you.
