Very simple to unlock and can be done on any difficulty. Die 3 times in a row to either the "chaser" or slenderman. This will not reset the entire level l, so it shouldn't take longer than 10mins to complete.
Noid
This will likely come naturally due to the complexity of this level, but if you've already beaten the game and are in the cleanup phase, boot the level up on Hardcore and activate a generator to make "The Chaser" appear. Simply stand around until she kills you, rinse and repeat.
Note that the deaths must come from "The Chaser". Death by Slenderman's hand will not count towards this trophy!
