Slime Rancher

Once you have a decent number of mid range port producers (honey slimes, hunter slimes, rad slimes), this achievement becomes fairly simple; You want to create a lot of plorts without selling them on the market until you have $5,000 or more worth of them ready. This is a bit easier if you have a silo, as you can deposit them there until you have a large enough pile, or with plort collectors on your corals, which you can also use to stockpile plorts. Remember that you can check the price of a given plort for the day before selling, so waiting for a good payout on your best plorts is an option, too. If you come across a gold slime and manage to collect some of its plorts, you can also hold on to those until they day you cash out for an easy boost.

In order to get this achievement there's a simple strategy to complete this quickly and pretty passively.

1. Make two corrals with the high wall, air net, auto feeder, and plort collector upgrades.
2. Fill both corrals with 10-15 largos. Preferably late game slimes like quantum/crystal and
dervish/mosaic largos.
3. Use their favorite foods to gather twice as many plorts. All favorite foods can be found in
the slimepedia. The favorite food of either half of the largo will give twice the plorts for both
halves of the largo.
4. Harvest to your hearts content! If you let the four plort collector slots fill to 80 or so you can
very easily get 5,000 newbucks in a day.
