How to unlock the Hasty Exchange achievement in Slime Rancher - Definitive Guide

Everyday around 12:00, the Range Exchange station will give you new request to make. All you have to do is to do it before 14:00 and the achievement will unlock.

There is two ways to get this achievement:
1. You got lucky. You can force sleep and then wait till 12:00 until you will get something easy to do. This can be done on any stage of the game, just figure out where ingredients could be found first.

2. In late game, store some rare ingredients, and simply complete the exchange.

easiest one is the when they just ask for a couple types of plorts. Later in the game, you'll likely have every available type in your farm, so it's just a matter of feeding a few and running back quick. One hour game time is one minute real time, so you should have time.

Complete an exchange between 12:00 and 14:00 in-game time, as I show below:

Not far from the exchange point, build a maximum level of silo and put various vegetables and fruits there.
Every day at noon 12:00 the exchange point is updated. We see if we can quickly take the necessary ingredients from the silo or plort collection points and do it. if it's easy and fast.

If you look closely and the same customers ask for the same type of things, you can have all types of birds in the chicken coop and as soon as you receive the task from the customer to put chickens in a set, quickly fill all the slots.

I'll add to the previous tips: Bob asks only for chickens, Ogden Ortiz only for vegetables and fruits, Moti Malize for plorts. It is easiest to complete tasks from these farmers, while Victor and Tora may ask you to bring slimes, which will take a lot of time.
