You will need to get knocked out before 10 AM.
Make sure that you don't have anything on you as you will lose them all once you get knocked out, then just get to any of the open areas and jump into the water which will instantly knock you out.

Note if it is not the right time of day. you can go to the ranch and select "Sleep till morning"

Way easier than the video listed here, when you start the game turn around and jump off the cliff behind you. You start the game at 9am, I was dead by 9:07. No "fancy" jumping required.

If you go to sleep on any given day, you'll wake up the next day at 6 AM. From there, walk out behind your Ranch house and jump off the cliff to knock yourself out. This will net you this achievement! Make sure you don't have anything on you that you aren't willing to part with, as anything in your inventory will disappear when you get knocked out.
