The Desert is huge. It would have been much more helpful if I knew where exactly to go to find all of these. A video guide is really the only good solution for this I think.

I had tried to find a video guide and there wasn't one. I'll admit it's hard to tell you exactly where to go through Text but I'll leave the guide up until a better one comes along.

You will need:
- Access to the Glass Desert
- 3 Tangle Plorts
- Upgraded jet pack (mine was at 250)
- Water
Total time to get achievement: Less than 5 minutes
I created a map of where to go: http://imgur.com/a/mLuIa
A. Go down the stairs after teleporting into the Glass Desert from the Ruins. You will see a plant on the ground. Up on the right on a small ledge will be a stone statue you can shoot the first Tangle plort.
B. Continue around to the right, through a passageway (maybe only 10-20 steps), and you'll see the stone statue for the second Tangle plort.
C. Turn around and go back the way you came back up the stairs to Point C on the map. In front of you, slightly to the right, you will see what looks like a stone ramp (perfect for a GTA jump). Run off the edge and use your jetpack to fly towards Point D.
D. You'll need to go up. Not all the way to the very top of the structure, but it will take a few jumps and jetpacks to get there. You will finally stand on top of a glass floor. It is distinctly different than the rest of the landscape. When on the glass floor, face Point C and step down onto a ledge. On this ledge there should be the third and Final Tangle plort stone statue.
E. Get back up to the glass floor, and instead walk off the east edge. This will let you access the room under the glass floor. There should be water in the fountain. Pick up the water with your device. The water storage should turn from blue to green with a 30 second count down timer.
F. Jump down to the ground level, and turn left, heading to point F, a small plant poking out of the ground. When you spray the green water on the plant, the achievement should pop. If the timer runs out before you spray the plant, you will need to go back up and get more green water.

Only one correction please. For Step E you need to walk of the EAST edge not the West edge. At least that is how it was for my map.
Come to think of it actually why is your map rotated / mirrored? Maybe some versions of Slime Rancher have flipped maps? I'm in Canada FYI.
