To get this achievement you will need to throw an Elder Hen into the Incinerator, you will need 700 Newbucks to get this achievement

First you will need to build a Coop which will cost you 250 Newbucks. Once that's done you will need to get a Roostro and a Hen. Throw them inside the Coop and wait until the Hen becomes an Elder Hen, now build an Incinerator which will cost you 450 Newbucks and throw the Elder Hen at the Incinerator.

Edit: Make sure you don't have way too much Chickens in your Coop as some said it will prevent your Hens from turn into Elder Hens

Edit 2: Apparently you can also Incinerate an Elder Roostro to get the achievement - Thanks to SlipKnoT 008 for the info

For this achievement you'll need to take an Elder Hen/Roostro and throw them into an incinerator. There's a couple things you'll need to do before a chicken will turn into an elder.

1. Create a coop. Load it with a few Hen Hens and at least one Roostro.
2. Let it sit for a while. After a chicken lays (or for a Roostro, sires) a certain amount of eggs (chickadoos), it will become an elder version of itself.

Hen Hen: Needs to have 6 chickadoos.
Roostro: Needs to sire 18 chickadoos.

3. That's it. Once one turns into an elder, suck it into your vac pack and launch it into an incinerator (Costs 450 newbucks).
