Slime Rancher

Hi achievements hunters !

This achievement may seem hard, but i have found a way to do it really easily.

First of all, of course, you have to unlock the lab station (10k coins) and buy the slime basket (7.5k coins) and finally creating it with the necessary components.

Once you have it, go to the first area of the game (dry reef) and at the very beginning of this area, on the left, there is a spot where you can put your slime basket.



Once it it placed, there is a small area in front of it, on the left, where you can climb with your jetpack, and now since you are higher than the basket it's very easy to put 50 slimes in it like i did in this video. Just be sure that you have a lot of slime in your inventory in the first place (there is a spawn point just behind me in the video).



I was able to make 65 on my first try, you can probably do better

FzY Most Wanted's solution is good, but I had already placed my hoop down so I used a different strategy that works anywhere. I also talk about the requirements to unlock the hoop and how to get the resources:

Hey all, quick video for unlocking she's on fire achievement. First need to built a Slime hoop, then sink 50 slimes through it. Biggest tip is to find somewhere you can stand above the hoop and shoot them through. Hope the video helps!

Hey everyone. I found a little bit better spot (for me anyways) for this. From your Ranch, go north through the arch. Pass by the first area where the pink slimes spawn into the second area. Hit your down button to pull up the gadget placement. If you're looking at the center rock in this are, it'll be behind it to the right a little bit. Place your goal there.

To prepare for this, if you haven't gotten the upgrade where you can hold 100 items in each tank, you'll probably want to empty out everything you have until you have all four tanks full of different slimes (pink, rock, phosphor, etc). That way you have 200 shots (if not upgraded, 400 if you do).

Then jump up onto the gray rock that is in front of your goal. Then start shooting them into there. You'll have to move your stick up and down slowly as it goes up and down to have the best accuracy of getting them in there. If you run out of slime, simply suck some of them back up and continue shooting from the rock (no need to get down).



I hope this helps! I'll add screenshots later for a more detailed look at where I'm talking about, but it shouldn't be to hard to figure out.

Leave your ranch to the north and keep to the left. When you get to the canyon before the gray island with the ferals (there is a gordo here early in the game, which later becomes a teleport, and it's one of the first places where you encounter the tabby slimes), you can drop your hoop so that it faces a ledge with a green ball on it. If you are coming from the bridge with the ferals, the ledge will be in front of you with a pink tree on it. Put your hoop down just to the left of that and it will face the ledge. Shoot a slime though the hoop and run up to the top of the ledge. Aim down and go nuts. But not too nuts - if you hold down RT, the slimes will pile up and block the net. Best to fire in short bursts and let them clear out a bit. You can easily hit 75-80 this way.

Creating the slimeball hoop first requires the lab station to be unlocked then the blueprint for the hoop to be bought for 7.500 coins.

Crafting the Slimeball hoop requires:
65 Tabby Slime Plorts (Found in the Dry Reef)
25 Hunter Slime Plorts (Found in the Moss Blanket)
25 JellyStone (Obtained using a drill crafted from the lab - Any location)
12 Spiral Steam (Obtained using a pump crafted from the lab - Any location)
2 Royal Jelly (Rare item obtained using an Apiary, use an Advanced Apiary for increased chance of getting Royal Jelly - Any location)

After crafting the slimeball hoop hit down on the D-pad to enter build mode.

The best location to complete this achievement is actually just outside your ranch in the Dry Reef.

Place the slime hoop next to the elevated brown rock "cliff" just outside the ranch and rotate the slimeball hoop so that it faces the "cliff". In this area there will also be plenty of pink slimes to use to shoot into the hoop.

You will need the slime to hit the slimeball hoop's backboard in order for a point to count!
