Slime Rancher

Once you unlock the indigo quarry you can access these. What I did was captured a few as I was going to take it back to my ranch. When I arrived at the ranch I placed only one in a plot and then stood by it once it was in a corner to insure staying in the radar "bubble". Was able to get it at about 90% of the meter fill.

Trying to get these in the quarry seemed a little chaotic, taking it back to the ranch was a little more controlled.

In order to get this achievement you'll need to open the Indigo Quarry, as this is the only place where rad slimes will spawn. once you've found one, simply stay in its radiation bubble for 15 seconds. I let the radiation gauge fill to 95 before i left it. Be sure you don't stay in more than one radiation field at a time, as that makes the gauge fill much faster.

You'll need access to the Indigo Quarry in order to find Rad Slimes, and I believe they only spawn at night.

You've got a couple options.

1. In the first area you come across them, there is a pool of water. I've found that putting them in water tends to make them sit still. This also works in ponds in your base.

2. Past the pond in Indigo Quarry, there is a broken dock that you'll need the jet pack to get across. Follow this path until you reach a cave, and go left. There is a large, unmoving rad slime here. Stand next to him for 15 seconds and you're done.
