Create at least 1 original WWE highlight reel.
Whilst having a match, pause the game and choose highlight reel, here you can replay the last few minutes of a match and choose a portion of it to save. Do this and then go to the main menu of the game and choose My WWE, then head into the area that let's you edit and change the saved movie and just change a few things about then save it.
Once saved the achievement will pop up.

You can get this easy achievement and two other achievements.
Go to exhibition match and choose inferno match.
If you play the match a while, click start and go to the highreel options and save the clip.
After saving finish the match, and you get Smokin' and Congrats are in Order.
Go to the menu and choose My WWE and go to the highreel options and edit your clip.
And the achievement pop up and you have your 60 G
