How to unlock the Marksmanship achievement in Small Arms - Definitive Guide
You will have 30 seconds to get the 10,000 points. The target values go like this:
Green Targets = 100 points
Red Targets = 250 points
Blue Targets = 500 points
Gray Targets - 2,500 points
A bullseye = double points.
Where are the gray targets?
Simply jump onto the green, then red, and then finally the blue targets. Look up and start hitting those gray targets! I've posted a video below for a visual help.
You are in the Shooting Range twice while playing through mission mode (think of it like the bonus stages in Super Smash Brothers). Also, once you clear mission mode once, there will be an option to play the Shooting Range straight from the main menu. Thanks to Forever Skeptic for this information!

Where do you access the 'Shooting Range'?

Most people tend to go for bullseyes. That is not the best way to do it! There are gray/grey targets that are worth 2,500 points each. These are the targets you want to aim for.
