Solution:
Find someone who already has this achievement and invite them to an Xbox LIVE multiplayer game (BATTLE MODE -> PLAYER MATCH). You do not need to beat the player, just play 1 match until it ends. The achievement unlocks on the results screen.
Recommended rules:
TYPE: LIVES
LIVES: 1
JOIN IN PROGRESS: ON
It might also be a good idea to set the Level to anything other than random, but not one of the DLC levels from the Ivar & Gullarp: Best Friends Forever - Frozen in Time pack as not all players have it. The two levels from that DLC pack are Arctic Ice Float and Pillaged Village.
Note: If you are playing Small Arms on your Xbox One console, open the Xbox Guide by pressing the View button
and Menu 
button at the same time. You need to do this to accept and/or send game invites when playing an Xbox 360 game on Xbox One. If you also own the Ivar & Gullarp: Best Friends Forever - Frozen in Time DLC, you might need to install the DLC on Xbox One.

Despite how old this solution is, please keep in mind that I'm still helping gamers with it. If I don't respond right away, I'm probably at work or sleeping. This requires that you play an online match with someone that has this achievement at least at the 5th Degree. Since very few people play this game online anymore, you most likely will have to find someone who has the achievement (again at least at 5th degree or better) to play a single online match with you.
Originally, you won the achievement by playing with a developer (for 1st degree), and those players could pass it on (as 2nd degree), and so forth until you reach the 6th degree.

This achievement is know as a “viral” achievement. By playing against someone who had the achievement you unlock it yourself. Nowadays just about everyone has the achievement so simply play a few games online and it should be yours.
