If the snakes stayed together, they will be in neighboring squares, typically 4-5 in the middle and only two on top. If that's the case, use the following moves:

If the snakes split up, they will be in alternating squares, typically 3 on top and 3 in the middle with a square between each snake. If that's the case, use the following moves:

Through the spider

On the trail of the lumberjack

*this section is where the inconsistency in snake movement will end up causing you to die or succeed. It will eventually work, but may take a few tries. It all depends on if the snake below gets stuck on another snake below it or not. If it doesn't get stuck, the moves will work. If it does get stuck, you can immediately hit C to retry the checkpoint again

this game is now broken for me and shows a fatal error when i try to kill a snake

Down vote from me as this is the wrong video for this achievement. This videos is for the first level which is forest village is the 3rd level
