This isn't as hard as it sounds. Play through the game with normal settings and play single player (less competition).
Grab all the cash, diamonds, and gift boxes you can. And don't worry about dying; when you respawn/continue, you will not lose your score.

You will most likely obtain this achievement after completing level 1, if not definetly after level 2. Just grab all the cash and diamonds that get thrown on the ground. And dont worry about dying you can respawn!
