For getting this as legit playing, you will have to have some right time coordination.
As for boosting method this is very easy to get.
This is how you will get it:
1. Pick Arachne (Assassin class) either in by buying/renting it or once she is in a free rotation.
2. Any ranked game mode will do.
3. Weaken you're enemy at any means necessary so that they will have a little health left.
4. Use
(default controls) and place web at the enemy character or lure you're enemy to walk though that placed web.
5. Once the enemy walks though you're web, it will spawn 2 spiders (broodlings) that will finish you're enemy for you and will get you this achievement.

Got this legit in an Arena match. My method was to place the webs close to the enemy fountain doors (but not too close, as you don't want the fountain to kill the broodlings). This way, the web catches the retreating enemies who aren't paying attention, and hopefully they're at low enough health that the broodlings finish them off. Worked for me, only taking 2-3 matches to earn (I can't remember which).

Use A it will put up a cobweb wall when someone runs through them the broodlings will spawn and start attacking whoever walked through. Your best shot is to stay at the very back at the arena and wait for someone to start running back to heal and spawn the wall right in front of them. This video will give you an idea all though its hard to see, also for some reason I didn't get the award but i got the achievement which you can't see in the video unfortunately.

Easiest way to set this up is to use in a 1v1 situation where your enemy is below half health. If they don't focus your spiders they will quickly die. This achievement should come naturally as you play Arachne since you only need one kill for this.

Arachne's broodlings emerge after you unleash her 
ability and the enemy God walks through the webs. After the web is broken two broodlings will spawn and begin to attack the aggressor. The broodlings do not deal tremendous damage, but an enemy under a quarter health or so can be killed by them.
